SUSTOL® SUSTOL® (granisetron) Injection, extended release, is a long-acting, injectable product for the prevention of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting (CINV) 1,341-patient, randomized, controlled, Phase 3 study demonstrated activity in acute and delayed CINV after moderately emetogenic chemotherapy (MEC), and acute CINV after highly emetogenic chemotherapy (HEC) MAGIC: Complete Response in delayed nausea and vomiting in patients receiving HEC was significantly greater with the SUSTOL-based, three-drug regimen compared to standard-of-care.
